public Wine and landscape
Walking tours and wine experiences in Lanzarote to explore the deep connection between volcanic landscapes and local wines. We walk through vineyards, lava fields and traditional trails, interpreting the land and its stories. Each route includes a guided wine tasting with local pairings — a way to truly savour the island. Landscape, wine and culture in an authentic experience led by a certified local guide.

Guatiza: Cactus Garden, wine & cochineal

A unique wine experience that blends landscape, memory and flavour in the rural heart of Lanzarote.

We begin with a guided visit to the Cactus Garden, a César Manrique masterpiece, where we explore the agricultural past of Guatiza, the prickly pear plantations and the link between art, land and sustainability. We talk about Manrique, pop-art and how landscape becomes living art.

After the garden visit, we head to La Olivina Winery, a small family-run project full of soul. There, Jorge, the founder, welcomes us with a personal story about the place, the history of cochineal farming, and his grandfather’s legacy in this journey of tradition and transformation.

The experience ends with a tasting of 4 local wines, paired with Canarian cheeses, in an authentic and intimate setting. A delicious way to taste the identity of Lanzarote at its roots.
