A unique wine experience that blends landscape, memory and flavour in the rural heart of Lanzarote.
We begin with a guided visit to the Cactus Garden, a César Manrique masterpiece, where we explore the agricultural past of Guatiza, the prickly pear plantations and the link between art, land and sustainability. We talk about Manrique, pop-art and how landscape becomes living art.
After the garden visit, we head to La Olivina Winery, a small family-run project full of soul. There, Jorge, the founder, welcomes us with a personal story about the place, the history of cochineal farming, and his grandfather’s legacy in this journey of tradition and transformation.
The experience ends with a tasting of 4 local wines, paired with Canarian cheeses, in an authentic and intimate setting. A delicious way to taste the identity of Lanzarote at its roots.
