Route through Guinate and the Fuentes de Gayo

We begin in the small village of Guinate, a traditional agricultural settlement located in the midlands of Haría. From here, we take a gentle walk along paths that cross old terraces and stone walls, reminders of the generations who learned to make the most of every drop of water in this fertile valley.

Along the way, we talk about the importance of water in Lanzarote’s agricultural life, how local ingenuity made cultivation possible in such a dry environment, and the old hydraulic systems like the Fuentes de Gayo, which for centuries provided water to farmers and shepherds.

The route offers spectacular views of the Famara cliffs and the Chinijo Archipelago, in an area where nature and tradition remain in perfect balance.

Wine tasting in Janubio at Sunset

Discover one of Lanzarote’s most unique landscapes with this sunset experience in Janubio, where wine, salt, and the sea come together.

We start with a short and easy walk along Janubio Beach, while we talk about the formation of this volcanic landscape, the role of water and wind in shaping the salt pans, and the importance that salt once had in the island’s economy.

After the walk, we enjoy a guided tasting of local wine paired with products from the area, while watching the sun set over the Atlantic.

A Wine Sunset for Two is a special tasting experience created to celebrate Valentine’s Day in a calm and meaningful way, set in one of the most beautiful corners of southern Lanzarote.

The experience begins with a short walk to Playa Mujeres, an easy path that allows us to slow down and gradually connect with the landscape. Once we reach the cove, bathed in the soft light of sunset, we pause to enjoy an outdoor wine tasting in an intimate and carefully chosen setting.

During the tasting, we will share a Canarian rosé sparkling wine, selected for its Atlantic character and strong connection to the land. This is not a technical tasting, but a sensory and narrative experience: we will speak briefly about the surroundings, but mainly about the wine itself, its origin, and the love story behind it. A love for the land, the terroir and the work that transforms landscape into wine.

The sparkling wine will be paired with a small selection of local Lanzarote cheese, chosen to complement the wine without overpowering it.

After the tasting, we begin the walk back, bringing the experience to a close as the sun slowly disappears beyond the horizon.
