Wine tasting

An experience that combines history, landscape, and local wine.

We start with a guided tour of the Monumento al Campesino (The farmer Monument) , a site that pays tribute to the agricultural work and rural identity of Lanzarote. During the visit, you’ll learn about the history of vine cultivation on the island and the cultural significance of this architectural complex.

After the walk, we head to the Casa del Vino Canario, part of the same compelx, where you’ll enjoy a tasting of Lanzarote red wine paired with chocolate made in Fuerteventura. This guided tasting highlights the unique character of volcanic wines and how the island’s landscape shapes their aroma and flavour.

A simple and engaging activity, perfect for those who want to discover the history of wine in Lanzarote and enjoy a short cultural walk combined with a wine tasting experience.

Wine tasting in Masdache – La Florida: wine and volcanic landscape

An experience to discover the wine-growing area of Masdache – La Florida, walking calmly along trails surrounded by lava flows, volcanic ash, and century-old vineyards.

During the walk, we talk about the traditional cultivation of vines, local grape varieties, and the connection between landscape and wine in Lanzarote.

The experience ends with a guided tasting of three local wines, where we savour the essence of the territory and understand how soil, climate, and history come together in every glass.

Discover one of Lanzarote’s most unique landscapes with this sunset experience in Janubio, where wine, salt, and the sea come together.

We start with a short and easy walk along Janubio Beach, while we talk about the formation of this volcanic landscape, the role of water and wind in shaping the salt pans, and the importance that salt once had in the island’s economy.

After the walk, we enjoy a guided tasting of local wine paired with products from the area, while watching the sun set over the Atlantic.
