Cancellation and refunds - Experiences with Guia En Lanzarote

At Guia En Lanzarote we are flexible and we understand that sometimes unforeseen events arise that do not allow you to carry out the reserved activity. If you contact us in time we can cancel your reservation and refund the amount paid or change the date of the activity.

• There will only be a refund if you cancel 3 days before the experience takes place.
• After this period you can ask to change the date of the activity, or even participate in another experience of equal value.
• If you do not show up for the activity or if you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you will not have the right to a refund or change of activity or date.
• If the person who cancels the activity - for any reason - is Guide In Lanzarote, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
