public Culture and landscape
Guided walking routes through rural areas and cultural landscapes in Lanzarote. During the route, you’ll learn how agriculture, local communities and traditional practices have shaped the territory and its identity.

This guided walk lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes and is limited to a maximum of 10 participants. It begins in the village of Haría, from where we gradually climb along dirt tracks through cultivated land, terraces and traditional volcanic sand fields that reveal how agriculture has shaped the valley.

At Aganada Viewpoint, we stop to enjoy views of the Risco cliffs and Famara beach, take photographs and learn about the geological formation of northern Lanzarote. We then continue around the valley and return through Malpaso ravine, one of the greener sections of the route, where the ground becomes more uneven but without steep slopes.

The walk ends back in Haría, beside the Saturday craft market, which you can visit afterwards. It is designed for travellers who want to walk at a relaxed pace, understand the rural landscape and discover northern Lanzarote beyond its viewpoints.
